Connect

"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."

Hebrews 10:23-25

Connecting to one another is a vital part of church ministry. God designed His people to live, worship, mature together, while also warning them against the spiritual danger of isolation in a broken world.

Three Practical Ways to Connect:

  1. Stirring One Another Up: Believers are to be intentional about sparking love and good works in one another, acting like fire-tenders who keep each other's faith burning bright.

  2. Showing Up Together: Gathering together is an essential act of obedience that keeps faith and hope alive in a world that is growing darker as the day of Christ’s return approaches.

  3. Holding Fast Together: Believers must cling together in hope, supported by God's faithfulness, rather than relying on their own strength.

God's call for the church is to commit to these holy bonds, ensuring that when they gather, they do not just survive, but "blaze" as a radiant beacon of God's glory
